When you send an inquiry or cushion request, we keep the contact details, measurements, notes, and photos you provide so we can respond and manage the work. These records are available to our authorized business team through our private management console.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The website also offers an optional AI chat service; information you enter there is used to respond to your questions.

Website traffic

Our first-party traffic counter records page paths, actions such as starting a quote, referral categories, and campaign labels. It does not record your email, delivery address, form text, full referring URL, or a persistent visitor identifier. A short-lived browser session value keeps referral information together while you browse. Page views are counts of page loads, not counts of individual people.

The counter respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can also turn it off for this browser below. Sending a request will still create the business record needed to answer you.

Optional Google Analytics

If enabled for this shop, Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow it. It uses cookies and sends browsing information to Google. Our page-view setup excludes query strings and full referring URLs. You can withdraw that choice here; existing cookies can also be removed through your browser settings.
